摘    要:采用ANSYS软件对锥形滑环组合密封进行有限元分析。分析了高压及超高压密封状态下动、静密封面的密封效果以及各密封部件的使用性能,解决了有限元分析过程中大应变问题和接触问题带来的收敛性差的技术难题和密封内压动态加载的技术难题。数值模拟结果表明,锥形滑环组合密封能够实现高压及超高压密封,且各密封部件工作状态良好。数值模拟工作为锥形滑环组合密封产品的开发提供了辅助。

Abstract:The finite element analysis of the combined cone slip-ring sealing was done by ANSYS software.The sealing effect and the using performance of dynamic sealing surface and static sealing surface under high pressure and super high pressure were analyzed.The sealing technology problem of the dynamic pressure loading and the poor convergence technology problem caused by large strain and contact were solved.The simulation results show that the combined cone slip-ring sealing can satisfy the seal requirements of high pressure or super high pressure,and the working conditions of sealing parts are kept well.The numerical simulation offers helps for developing the combined cone slip-ring sealing.
