基于有限元方法的齿轮接触仿真分析

摘    要:以齿轮接触为对象,推导了齿轮接触赫兹应力公式.利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对齿轮接触进行了仿真分析,并对有限元分析仿真值与推导公式的计算值进行了比较.结果表明,理论计算值和仿真值非常接近,表明采用ANSYS有限元分析软件分析齿轮表面接触问题是可行的.

Abstract:Hertz stress formula of gear contact was deduced.Finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to make contact analysis of gear,the simulation result of the finite element analysis was compared with the calculating result.It is found that the simulation result and calculating result are very close.It is feasible to analyze gear surface contact by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.
