摘    要:针对传统油膜轴承位置精度低和稳定性差的问题,研究开发了应用于主动控制油膜轴承的超磁致伸缩驱动器.设计并搭建了试验台,实测了驱动器的静态性能和动态性能.实验结果显示超磁致伸缩驱动器在常态磁场强度下可以产生与油膜厚度同一数量级的位移输出和较宽的静态调节范围;在2 000 Hz的激励电压作用下有良好的频响特性.说明所研制的超磁致伸缩驱动器能够用来控制油膜轴承的间隙,满足油膜轴承所支承转子的减振频率需要.

Abstract:As traditional oil film bearing has low location precision and poor stability,giant magnetostrictive actuators(GMA) were developed and used in active controllable hydrodynamic bearing.Experimental platform was designed and installed,and static and dynamic performances of GMA were tested.The test results show that the GMA can extend several tenth micrometers,which is at the same order of the clearance of oil film bearing,and it has wider static modulatory range and good dynamic response under incentive volta...
