水润滑橡胶轴承的磨粒磨损特性及机理研究

摘    要:以含沙量不同的自来水为润滑介质,用MPV-200型摩擦磨损试验机分别研究了含沙量对水润滑丁腈橡胶轴承的摩擦系数和磨损率的影响,得出了丁腈橡胶轴承在不同水质下的磨擦学特征,并对作用机理进行了系统的分析,为水润滑橡胶轴承的实际应用提供理论指导。

Abstract:In this paper, water with different sand content was used as lubrication medium, effect of the content of sand on friction coefficient and wear rate of rubber berings were studied by using MPV-200 model friction and wear testing machine, and the characteristic of friction and wear was found. At the same time, wear mechanisms were analyzed systemically, the conclusion is of important value for practical application of water lubricated rubber bearings.
