浅槽环瓣型浮动环密封的性能分析

摘    要:为探讨浅槽环瓣型浮动环密封的性能特点,首先分析了密封的结构和工作机理,采用FDM(Finite Difference Method)、牛顿超松弛迭代求解Reynolds方程,获得密封间隙的流场压力分布及各种工况条件对泄漏量、静态刚度的影响.结果表明:轴向浅槽的存在,产生了多楔形动压效应,使压力扰动不可能周向连续传播,提高了密封的稳态特性;轴颈线速度、密封腔压强、端面摩擦因数对于泄漏量、静态刚度具有很大影响,为特殊工况下径向密封件的设计和选用提供了参考.

Abstract:To study the performance and feature of the shallow-slot split floating ring seal,its structure and working mechanism were analyzed firstly.The Reynolds equation was solved by the finite difference method(FDM) in SOR iteration to obtain the pressure distribution in sealing clearance and the curves of leakage flowrate and static stiffness in different conditions.The results indicate that axial shallow slots break up the pressure disturbance to propagate themselves continuously in the circumferential direction and improve the static character by providing multi-wedging dynamic effect,the speed,the pressure of sealing cavities and the friction coefficient were decisive to the static behavior.It provides an important reference example for the design and pattern selection of a radial sealing in special working condition.
