摘    要:建立了激光加工多(微)孔端面机械密封(LST-MS)的理论分析模型,采用数值积分法计算了LST-MS的泄漏量,并与文献中的近似公式计算结果进行了比较,分析了不同流体膜厚条件下密封面几何参数和工况参数等因素对泄漏量的影响规律。结果表明,泄漏量与端面和微孔几何参数及工况参数有关,采用数值积分法计算的泄漏量值略大于近似公式的计算结果,并且前者与上述参数均有关,而后者仅与密封端面几何尺寸和无量纲压差有关,与微孔几何参数和压缩数的变化无关,采用积分算式更能准确地预测LST-MS的泄漏量。

Abstract:A theoretical analysis model was developed for a laser surface textured mechanical seal (LST-MS).The leakage rate of a LST-MS was calculated by numerical integration,and it was compared with the results predicted by an approximate formula presented in the literatures.The effects of seal face geometrical parameters and operating conditions on leakage rate were studied when fluid film thickness varied.Results show that leakage rate is dependent on the above parameters and conditions.The method of numerical integration for leakage rate is more practicable and accurately than that of approximate formula.The former shows the dependence of leakage rate on the sealing face geometries and operating conditions,which was demonstrated in reality by experiments,but the latter shows no relationship of leakage rate to the above parameters other than the sizes of the two sealing faces and the dimensionless pressure difference between the sealing fluid and the environment.
