| 摘 要： | 将橡胶O形密封圈使用中涉及的材料非线性、几何非线性和接触非线性考虑到轴对称有限元模型中,讨论了不同使用条件和沟槽结构参数对O形密封圈使用性能的影响。结果表明,预压缩情况下,接触密封断面上的接触应力分布呈抛物线;压缩率对O形密封圈的最大接触应力和剪应力影响较大;沟槽槽口转角处的圆角半径对该位置的剪应力影响较大,但对密封面上的最大接触应力影响很小;不同的沟槽宽度对接触应力也有较大影响。

| Abstract: | Axisymmetric finite element models of rubber O-ring seal,which include the material nonlinearity,geometric nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity,were constructed.The influences of various working conditions and structure parameters on the peformance of O-ring seal were discussed.Results show that the distribution of contact normal stress at the sealing interface of O-ring seal is parabolic shape in the precompression case,and the initial compression ratio has great effect on the maximum contact normal stres... |
