摘    要:在油膜轴承试验台的基础上,建立油膜轴承油膜的有限元模型,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS CFX分析其120°包角的温度场分布,并分析油膜在不同区域温度的变化规律。为了减小计算量并提高计算精度,使用1/2油膜的有限元模型。结果表明:油膜的最高温度不是出现在最小油膜厚度处,而是出现在最小油膜厚度以后,对于120°包角的模型来说,最高温度出现在出口;转速对油膜的温升影响很大,转速越高,温升梯度越大;改变进口压力对油膜的温度与润滑油的黏度基本没有影响。

Abstract:Based on the test-bed of rolling-mill oil film bearing,the finite element model of oil film bearing was established,its temperature distribution of 120 degree angle was analyzed using the software of finite element analysis ANSYS-CFX,the change of temperature on different area of oil film was studied.To reduce computation and improve the accuracy,the half model of oil film was used.The results show that the maximum temperature is not in the location with the minimum film thickness,for the model of 120 degre...
