金属缠绕式垫片分级技术研究

摘    要:结合法兰连接实际,按照ASME B16.20对缠绕式垫片压缩的要求,在对管法兰用缠绕式垫片的预紧应力进行分析的基础上,提出了缠绕式垫片的分级技术。并对通过调整垫片结构及控制制造工艺,使其力学性能与紧固件的要求一致,从而使法兰接头达到密封性要求的技术进行了试验研究。

Abstract:According to the requirement of ASME B16 20 to wound gaskets, and accounting for practice jointing of flange, this paper propose the graded technique of metal wound gaskets which based on the analysis of prestress between pipe flanges and wound gaskets Furthermore, through adjusting the structure of gaskets and controlling the manufaturing technique, the mechanical property of gasket is made to meet the requirement of bolt, then the flange joint meets the practice requirement of sealing property This paper has made many experiments to testify this theory
