橡胶油封摩擦生热数值模拟与实验验证*

摘    要:将橡胶油封使用中涉及的材料非线性、几何非线性和接触非线性考虑到轴对称有限元模型中,采用力场-温度场耦合的方法对油封与高速旋转轴之间的摩擦生热问题进行数值模拟,并与油封工装试验结果和红外成像仪测量的温度进行比较。模拟得到的油封摩擦扭矩和唇口温度与试验结果吻合很好,表明采用力场-温度场耦合方法可以预测油封的抱轴力和摩擦扭矩,以及稳态下的摩擦生热温度场,这为类似旋转密封件摩擦生热问题的仿真分析提供一种有效途径。

Abstract:Considering the material nonlinearity,geometric nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity involved in the use of rubber lip seals into the axisymmetric finite element model,the friction heat build up between the seal and the high speed rotating shaft was numerically simulated by the mechanical thermal field coupling method,and compared with the experimental results of lip seal testing device and the temperature measured by infrared imager.The simulated friction torque and lip temperature are in good agreement with the experimental results,showing that the mechanical thermal field coupling method can predict the shaft holding force and friction torque of oil seal,as well as the temperature field of friction heat build up in steady state,which provides an effective way to simulate and analyze the friction heat build up of similar rotary seals.
