大环径比O形复合金属密封件制备工艺及静力学性能研究

摘    要:针对工业领域中对于大口径耐高温的金属密封件的迫切需求,开发一种将勾连交叉缠绕而成的螺旋网状金属橡胶嵌入有一定开口槽的不锈钢细环中的大环径比O形复合金属密封件,探究大环径比O形复合金属密封件的制备工艺,包含金属橡胶弹性内芯以及不锈钢包覆层两部分的制备工艺。研究4种不同孔隙度的金属橡胶密封件在准静态常温下的力学性能,分析载荷、孔隙度对金属橡胶密封件力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,复合金属橡胶密封件在高承载下具有良好的密封特性,当载荷增大后,密封件的力学性能更加趋于稳定;且随着孔隙度的减小,承载能力越来越大。基于静力学性能试验,建立含有不锈钢包覆的金属橡胶密封件的多项式拟合函数,发现六阶多项式能够较好地对试验数据进行拟合,由此可计算分析金属橡胶密封件的静刚度与位移之间的变化规律,从而可以在工程上得到更好的应用。

Research on Preparation Technology and Static Mechanical Properties of O-Shaped Composite Metal Seal with Large Ring-to-Diameter Ratio
Abstract:Aiming at the urgent demand for large-diameter high-temperature resistant metal seals in the industrial field,a large ring diameter ratio of O-shaped composite metal seals was developed,in which a spiral mesh metal rubber formed by cross-wound hooks is embedded in a thin stainless steel ring with a certain opening groove.The preparation process of O-shaped composite metal seals with a large ring diameter ratio was explored,including the preparation process of metal rubber elastic inner core and stainless steel cladding layer.The mechanical properties of four different porosity metal rubber seals at quasi-static room temperature were studied,and the influence of load and porosity on the mechanical properties of metal rubber seals was analyzed.The results show that the composite metal rubber seal has good sealing performance under high load,and the mechanical properties of the seal tend to be more stable when the load increases.And with the decrease of porosity,the bearing capacity becomes larger and larger.Based on the static performance test,a polynomial fitting function for metal rubber seals with stainless steel coating was established.It is found that the sixth-order polynomial can fit the test data well,so that the static stiffness of the metal rubber seals can be calculated and analyzed.The law of change between and displacement can be better applied in engineering.
