非牛顿流体润滑剂的动力学模型及仿真研究

摘    要:基于非牛顿粘性流体模型和B ingham流体模型,研究了非牛顿流体润滑剂的流变力学特性,建立了非牛顿流体润滑剂内部压差和滑动速度以及油膜厚度的表达式,讨论了润滑剂的非线性特性;分析了影响润滑剂动力学特性的因素,通过算例对非牛顿流体润滑剂的动力学特性进行了仿真研究,为润滑剂的非牛顿效应的研究提供了理论依据。结果表明:在使用情况一定的条件下,非牛顿流体润滑剂油压的大小与油膜的厚度有关,油压随着油膜厚度的增加而减小,可以通过改变油膜厚度来改变润滑剂内部油压大小;润滑剂内部剪切应力对油压的影响较大,在考虑剪切应力的情况下,油膜厚度对压差的影响较小,而在不计剪切应力的情况下,油膜厚度对油压的影响相当明显。

Abstract:Based on the non-Newton glutinositical flowing mode and the Bingham mode,the dynamic mechanic characteristic of non-Newton hydrolubricant was studied.The expressions of the interior pressure,the glide speed and the film thickness of the non-Newton hydro-lubricant were built up and the nonlinear of lubricant was discussed.The factors that affect the dynamic characteristic of lubricant were analyzed and the dynamic characteristic of non-Newton hydro-lubricant was simulated with an example.The results show that under the specific condition,oil pressure of non-Newton hydro-lubricant is related to the thickness of oil film,the thicker the oil film is,the lower the oil pressure is,so it is reasonable to alter interior oil pressure by changing oil thickness.Interior shearing-stress of lubricant affects the oil pressure greatly,when considering shearing-stress,oil thickness plays less effect on oil pressure,on the contrary,oil thickness plays great effects on oil pressure.
