摘    要:综述了国内外多自由度球形超声电机的研究现状及其应用场合,详细介绍了国内外目前已经发展的几种多自由度球形超声电机的结构、原理、性能和特点,针对原有的圆柱-球体三自由度球形超声电机的一些缺点提出了改进的结构方案,并指明了它在今后研究中需要解决的关键技术及其应用前景。

Abstract:Multi degree of freedom (MDOF) spherial ultrasonic motor shows the thends of the development of ultrasonic motors. The present situation of the research on the spherial motor is reviewed and its applications are summarized in this paper. The principles, structures, performances and characteristics of some of the motors developed both at home and abroad are introduced in detail. In accordance with some shortcomings of the cylinder sphere ultrasonic motor with three DOF, an improved structure of the motor is presented, and some key techniques of the motor are discussed.
