锅炉给水泵转子动力学参数的二阶摄动识别

摘    要:利用摄动传递矩阵法,结合实验室的试验,对某电站锅炉给水泵转子的动力学参数进行了一阶和二阶摄动识别。给出了给水泵转子上的热装叶轮、轴套对转子刚度产生加强作用的一、二阶摄动识别结果.得到了修正的给水泵转子系统动力学计算模型。由修正模型计算得到的转子系统固有频率与实测的转子系统固有频率吻合良好。指出一阶摄动识别的结果可以满足工程实际的精度要求。

Abstract:Using the Perturbation Transfer Matrix Method as well as the tested data in the laboratory, the 1st and 2nd order perturbed identification of dynamic parameters of the rotor of a boiler pump is made. The 1st and 2nd order perturbed identification results that represent the strengthened effects on bending rigidity of the rotor caused by the impellers and the sleeves on the shaft of the pump are given, and the modified dynamic models of the rotor are obtained. The first natural frequency calculated from these models coincides well with measured result. It is pointed out that the results identified by the 1st order perturbed identification method can satisfy the demand for engineering accuracy.
