高固有频率构件分频共振时效的分析计算

摘    要:利用力学、线性和非线性振动理论,对高固有频率构件进行振动时效的新方法--分频共振的原理和应用进行了讨论。指出对同一构件进行振动时效处理,要达到相同的时效效果。分频共振方法所用的激振力比直接共振方法所用的激振力要大些。从理论上说明了分频的方法是行之有效的方法。

Abstract:In this paper, according to the theory of mechanics and vibration, the principle of a new method of vibration ageing excited in split frequency resonance for high natural frequency component is discussed and the stress in the component is analyzed.Analytical results obtained in this work show that the vibrational ageing method excited the component by a harmonic force at a split resonance frequency is effective,but the exciting force in the method is somewhat greater than that excerted at a natural frequency of the component.
