超声电机伺服控制的研究评述

摘    要:为改善超声电机性能,实现超声电机快速、准确、稳定的控制,对于超声电机的现有的伺服控制策略和方法进行评述和比较,并且根据超声电机运动机理不同于传统的电磁电机,具有复杂的动力学现象及时变、强非线性等特点,提出了基于参考模型的模糊神经网络控制方法、遗传算法或其他的组合控制方法将是适用于超声电机的控制策略。

Abstract:The newly developed piezoelectric ultrasonic motors have many excellent features, such as high retention torque, high torque at low speed, silence, compactness, no electromagnetic interference, and so on. Because the driving principle of USM is based on the ultrasonic vibration force of piezoelectric elements and mechanical frictional force, which is quite different from that of electromagnetic motors, the dynamic characteristics of the USM are difficult to obtain and parameters of the motor are time varying and highly nonlinear. In order to improve the characteristics of the motor and realize fast, precise and stable control on its position and speed, different control strategies are compared and discussed. The authors believe that among the control strategies the fuzzy neural control strategy based on reference model, the heredity algorithm and other combined control strategy show the trend of the development of the control on the motors.
