三缸机传动系扭振试验研究和仿真分析

摘    要:动力总成的传动系统扭振问题一直是汽车噪声、振动和声振粗糙度(noise,vibration and harshness,简称NVH)领域研究的热点和难点,针对某型三缸机中型多用途汽车(multi-purpose vehicles,简称MPV)高挡位低转速加速时车内振动和噪声问题,基于半消声室转鼓客观测试试验,运用传递路径分析方法,建立了传动系路径激励的识别方法。针对该三缸机动力总成,建立六自由度三缸机传动系扭振集总参数动力学模型,利用Matlab-Simulink软件进行仿真分析,实现了传动系扭振的准确预测和传动系扭振关键参数的分析。研究发现,传动系扭振受到发动机燃烧扭矩、发动机转速、传动系转动惯量和扭转刚度的影响显著,提出的传动系扭振前期开发策略为整车NVH性能的开发奠定了基础。

Abstract:Driveline torsional vibration is always a hot and difficult issue in the field of automotive noise, vibration and harshness (NVH). Dynamometer test is implemented in a semi-anechoic chamber to investigate an interior NVH issue of mid-size multi-purpose vehicles (MPV) with a 3-cylinder engine. The source identification method of interior NVH is established through a transfer path analysis of the driveline. Then, a six-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter model is set up to predict torsional vibration and simulated in Matlab, which is also used to analyze the key impact factors of torsional vibration. Simulation results show that the engine torque, engine speed, moment of inertia and torsional stiffness of the driveline system significantly influence the torsional vibration. Finally, the advanced development strategy of driveline NVH is proposed to improve interior NVH performance.
