FBG传感器应变标定方法

摘    要:为了提高光纤光栅应变传感器测量精度,针对光纤光栅传感器工程应用情况,提出了一种光纤布拉格光栅(fiber bragg grating,简称FBG)传感器应变特性标定方法。通过理论分析和实验标定了封装式光纤光栅应变传感器的灵敏度系数,对传感器理论与实验灵敏度系数误差进行了分析。实验结果表明,该方法简单、易行,用于光纤光栅传感器使用前的标定,可以提高基于光栅光栅传感器的测量精度和准确性。同时,该方法为光纤光栅传感器的工程推广应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to improve the strain measurement precision of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors, a strain calibration method was presented according to the engineering application of FBG. The strain sensitivity coefficients of packing FBG were determined using theoretical analysis and experiments. Then, the difference of the strain sensitivity coefficients between the theory and experiments was analyzed. The results show that the proposed method was accessible and effective. It can also be applied before the FBG strain measurement to improve precision and accuracy.
