摘    要:为有效地从风力发电机组的振动响应中获得反映叶片响应的动态特征,将其作为叶片运行状态分析的特征量,依此达到对风力机叶片故障的检测与诊断识别.应用有限元分析方法,建立了300 W风力发电机组的动力学模型,通过计算与试验模态分析,分别获得整机组的固有频率和振型,并比较验证了试验模型的合理性.用锤击法测得叶片正常状态和偏心故障下的振动加速度响应信号,应用非线性动力系统的长度分形维数理论,计算其长度分形维数,并将其作为叶片偏心故障诊断识别的特征量.研究结果表明,该方法能有效识别风力机叶片正常状态和偏心故障状态,及其偏心位置和偏心量大小.

Abstract:To extract the dynamic response characteristics of blades from the vibration response of whole turbine set efficiently,then take it as the characteristic parameters of blade working states and achieve fault detection and diagnosis of the wind turbine blades,a finite element method is used to build a dynamic model for 300 W wind turbine.Natural frequency and vibration mode of whole set can be obtained and compared to validate the rationality of the model by modal analysis.Vibration acceleration response sign...
