多输入多输出冲击振动试验研究

摘    要:基于多输入多输出线性系统控制理论,提出了通过时频转换求取多个振动台输入的方法,并用MATLAB对算法进行了数值仿真.在悬臂梁上进行双振动台冲击振动模拟试验,用LabVIEW编写控制软件驱动PXI总线仪器实现输入信号的发生及响应信号的采集、分析与处理.试验结果表明.被控两点的输出加速度信号满足了预定要求,从而验证了本文方法在工程应用中的有效性.

Abstract:Based on the multiple input and multiple output (MIMO) linear systemt heory, a time frequency transform method was put forward to calculate the input data of a vibration generator system, and its algorithm was simulated by using M ATLAB. A shock vibration test with two exciters was conducted on a cantilever be am, and the control software driving the PXI bus was programmed in LabVIEW in or der to generate the input signals and sample the response signals. The results s how that the multiple output signals can be controlled in the tolerance range of the reference signals. The method is proved to be feasible in engineering pract ice.
