| 摘 要： | 本论文针对AOD炉精炼的特点和AOD炉耐火材料的特点,阐述了提高AOD炉炉衬寿命,降低生产成本的方法。结合多年在实际生产工作中的经验,通过耐火材料特性、冶炼造渣、冶炼温度、配气等各方面提出了控制措施。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the characteristics of AOD refining furnace and AOD refractory material, the paper elaborates enhancing AOD furnace lining service life, reducing production cost methods. Combined with many years work experience in the actual production, through the refractory properties, smelting slag, smelting temperature, gas distribution the paper puts forward the control measures. |
