| 摘 要： | 本文以工艺尺寸链的理论为基础,通过分析图表追踪法原理,提出了运用加工过程尺寸联系图、工艺尺寸链和工序尺寸及公差表所构成图链表的方法来解决煤矿机械加工工艺规程编制过程中遇到复杂工艺尺寸求解难题,利用这种形式求解工艺尺寸,思路简洁,结果清晰,对工艺人员具有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of technology dimension chain , this paper analyzed the principle of chart tracing method , proposed the method of using the process dimensions contact figure and technology dimension chain and process dimensions and tolerances table to solve the complex process dimension＆#39;s problems in mine machining process planning . Using the method , ideas are concise , results are clear , and it also has a certain reference value for craft workers . |
