摘 要: | 在数控铣削加工与编程中,刀具半径补偿是简化被加工零件程序编制的重要方法,将半径补偿的一般功能和特殊功能结合使用,还可实现规则曲面的加工及新工艺思路的应用,因此,理解刀具半径补偿并能合理地使用刀具补偿功能,将起到事半功倍的效果,在数控铣削加工中有较强的实用价值。

Abstract: | In NC machining and programming , tool radius compensation is an important method to simplify the machining program . The combination of general functions and special functions of radius compensation of can realize the processing rule surface and application of new technology of cutter radius compensation; therefore , to understand and reasonable use of tool compensation function will play a multiplier effect and has a strong practical value in NC milling. |
