起重机吊重智能防摇CAN控制系统的设计

摘    要:基于CAN总线控制的特点和优点,设计了起重机吊重的智能防摇CAN控制系统,各传感器采集数据以CAN总线形式发送给主控DSP,主控DSP做出防摇和衰减摆幅的智能决策。吊重摆角的测量是防摇控制系统的关键和难点,文中给出了有效的测量方法。

Abstract:Based on characteristics and advantages of CAN bus control, the paper covers how to design the intelligent CAN overhead traveling crane load anti - swing control system, how to collect the data from sensors and send them to the DSP main controller by CAN bus, how to perform anti - swing and reduce swing by DSP. The load- swing angle measuring is key and difficult. The paper introduces an effective measuring way.
