| 摘 要： | 集装箱码头上大量的轮胎起重机，每天都消耗很多柴油，难以进行精确计量。文中介绍了基于油箱容积的计量方法，在智能化计量仪中，设计了基于存量计量的油耗计量程序、加油量计量程序和开停机程序，满足了现场工况的需要，收到良好效果。

| Abstract: | This paper covers a gas consumption metering approach and an intelligent metering instrument in tire mounted cranes. Gas consumption metering program based on stock capacity metering, refueling metering program and on/off program are incorporated in the intelligent metering instrument. The designed gas consumption system is able to meet the design requirements and works well in the fields. |
