摘    要:提出一种桥式抓斗卸船机抓斗摆动,并在小车接近料斗时快速制动,利用抓斗摆动抛出物料,以提高卸船机的生产率。小车运行各阶段抓斗摆动的运行分析及实例计算表明,这一策略用于抓斗止摆自动控制系统是可行的。

Abstract:A grab sway controlling scheme of bridge-type grab ship unloader is offered in order to increase productivity:first determines the desired trolley traveling speed chart to control the grab sway,then applies fast brake when the trolley approaches the hop and throws the material in the grab by the grab sway.The grab motion analysis in each stage of trolley travelling and a calculation example show that this grab sway controlling scheme is feasible.
