DEM-FEM耦合仿真中载荷转换方法的研究

摘    要:在离散元-有限元单向耦合中,需要将离散元仿真获得的颗粒载荷转换至有限元模型中。基于圣维南原理给出了一种转换算法,通过假定压力呈线性分布,实现了将颗粒接触力等效转变为渐变压力施加到有限元模型上,并与离散元软件自带的加载方法进行了对比分析。结果表明:渐变载荷加载方法可以合理地反映颗粒载荷的分布情况,并能兼顾整体受力与实际情况一致。

Abstract:In the one-way coupling between discrete element and finite element,the particle load obtained by discrete element simulation needs to be transformed into the finite element model.Based on Saint-Venant's principle,a transformation algorithm is presented.Assuming that the pressure is linearly distributed,the contact force of particles can be equivalently converted into gradual pressure and applied to the finite element model.The results show that the gradual load loading method can reasonably reflect the distribution of particle load,and can take the overall stress into consideration,which is consistent with the actual situation.
