摘    要:基于公司卸船机起升卷筒支座的结构,建立有限元仿真模型,分析在起升卷筒稳态工作情况下所产生的激励对支座结构的影响,在此基础上探讨支座的优化设计,以达到减重的目的,仿真结果表明,采用Ansys谐响应分析是实现支座优化设计的一种较好的方法。

Abstract:According to the structure of the hoisting drum support of the ship unloader of the company,a finite element simulation model is built to carry out analysis of the influence of excitation on the support structure under the steady state operation of the hoisting drum.Based on the above,the optimization design of the support is discussed so as to achieve weight reduction.Simulation results show that Ansys harmonic response analysis is a better method to realize optimization in support design.
