摘    要:为了解决箱形主梁开口处裂纹的问题,以260t铸造起重机为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件进行计算。对于结构比较复杂的起重机,建立粗糙单元整体模型,针对应力集中部位细分网格。通过比较小车停在不同位置时,开口镶边前后的应力变化情况,证明此方法能减小集中应力,消除裂纹。

Abstract:In order to solve the crack-related problems at the main box girder openings,calculation is conducted by taking the 260 t ladle cranes as the research object and using finite element analysis software Ansys. For the cranes with complicated structures,crude element model is established,dividing the mesh for stress concentration positions densely. Through the comparison on the stress variations before and after the flanging of the opening when the trolley parks at different locations,it is proved that this method can help reduce the concentration of stress and eliminate cracks.
