摘    要:介绍了节段拼装一体化架桥机的主体结构,特别是主梁结构。为了得到架桥机桁架主梁中节段连接构件螺栓的受力情况,选取全悬挂工况对主梁的强度和刚度进行分析,通过有限元子模型法建立螺栓计算的子模型,施加边界条件,对螺栓进行受力分析。计算结果表明,采用有限元子模型法可以较准确地获得螺栓的受力情况,且该方式对计算机性能要求较低,为架桥机主梁的结构设计和改进提供了更合理的分析和评估方法,同时对其他局部应力集中部位的计算具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Main structures of segmental integrated bridge erectors are introduced,especially girder structures.In order to reveal the stress of bolts of segmental connecting members in truss girder of bridge erectors,the strength and stiffness of girders under full suspension conditions are analyzed,and the bolt sub-model is established by using sub-modeling technology of finite element method for calculation,and the stress analysis of bolts is carried out by applying boundary conditions.Calculation results show that through using the sub-modeling technology of finite element method,the stress condition of bolts can be accurately obtained,and this method has less demanding requirements on computer performance,which can be used as a more proper method in structural design,analysis improvement and evaluation for girders of bridge erectors,and can also be used as a reference for the calculation of other local stress concentration parts.
