| 摘 要： | 介绍了600t龙门起重机吊装合拢期间的测量工艺。通过对合拢期间的测量点监控,对龙门起重机3大结构件组对间隙做必要的调整,制订了合理的测量方案,使龙门起重机构件组装控制在精度要求范围内,阐述了行之有效的测量控制措施。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces measuring process of 600 t gantry crane during hoisting and jointing. The supervisory of measuring point during jointing enables necessary adjustment on gap among the three large structure parts of gantry crane. Rational measuring plan and effective measuring control measures are proposed to control the assembly of structure of gantry crane within the precision range. |
