架桥机用NGWN行星卷筒的优化设计

摘    要:根据JQ160型架桥机用起升机构的设计要求,分析了内藏式NGWN(3K)行星卷筒的优化设计方法,较好地解决了轮系的配齿计算及寻求全域最优离散解问题,给出了程序框图及计算实例。从理论上验证了JQ160型架桥机的设计,提出了一系列目标函数值较小的可行设计方案。

Abstract:The method of optimized design of drum with built in NGWN(3K) type planetary gear is analyzed according to design requirement of lifting mechanism of JQ160 type bridge erecting machine.The problem of calculation of number of teeth for the gearing system is solved and the optimized discrete solution over the whole area is found.The flow diagram of the program and calculation example are given.The design of JQ160 type bridge erecting machine is theoretically verified.A series of feasible design alternatives with small value of object function is proposed.
