摘    要:在三维CAD软件SolidWorks中创建带式输送机传动滚筒三维模型,用有限元分析软件COSMOSWORKS对其进行了静力分析,基本掌握了传动滚筒的受力和变形情况。根据有限元计算结果,通过改变滚筒辐板厚度和增设加强环结构,经反复建模验算后,最终得到较满意的优化设计结果。
