大高度超高速堆垛机减振降噪分析

摘    要:为解决超高速/大高度堆垛机运行过程中振动和噪声大的问题,采用SolidWorks(三维绘图软件)及其插件Cosmos/Works(有限元分析软件)、Cosmos/Motion(动态仿真软件),对不同结构参数和不同结构形式,实现了超高速/大高度堆垛机的三维建模、动态仿真与有限元分析,评价其模态和频率,得到效果最佳的变截面结构形式。结果表明,改进设计能够满足设计规范要求。

Abstract:SolidWorks, Cosmos/Works and Cosmos/Motion are adopted to solve the problem of excessive vibration and noise in ultra- high speed and ultra- large dimension stacker crane. The modal and frequency under different operational conditions are analyzed with different structure parameters and different structure types, realizing 3D - Graphics modeling and dynamic simulating as well as finite element analysis. The optimum structure type with changeable section has been found based on evaluating results of modal and frequency. It is concluded that the improved design can meet the design criterion.
