| 摘 要： | SCION SQTM单四极杆质谱和SCION TQTM三重四极杆质谱为分析工作者提供了专为气相色谱设计的GC-MS平台。SCION系列气质联用系统设计简单易用,灵敏度可靠高,性能稳固稳定耐用,通过精巧的设计和人性化的软件接口,可以方便的完成食品分析与检测、环境分析、法医学/毒理学、运动医学/兴奋剂检测、石油/燃料与碳氢化合物等众多领域的分析工作。为了评估仪器性能,我们使用SCION TQ三重四极杆质谱建立了258种农药残留的分析方法。方法建立过程中使用了软件中新的基于化合物的筛查（CBS）功能大大提高了分析效率。同时使用基质添加标准品溶液进行校正,显示出了SCION TQ优异的灵敏度,良好的线性范围及精密度。
