| 摘 要： | ICP-MS是超高灵敏度的分析仪器，是超痕量、多元素同时分析的重要手段。它已被许多发达国家应用于环境监测当中，能够高效率完成地面水、土壤等中痕量元素的测定，是目前环境中元素测定的最好方法之一。另外，在其它领域的应用也分别作了介绍。

It is one of the best methods of element analysis in environmental samples, and uwh as environmental monitoring of trace elements in surface water, soil etc by many develoPed countries. Otherwise the applications in other fields are introduced. |
