基于Code V的800万像素手机摄像镜头设计

摘    要:利用Code V光学工程软件,设计了一款800万像素手机镜头。镜头采用1G3P结构,光圈值F为2.8,视场角62°。采用东芝公司一款800万像素的1/2.6英寸CMOS传感器作为设计镜头的感光元件,像素大小为1.75μm,相应的尼奎斯特频率为285lp/mm。设计结果表明,在尼奎斯特频率处,大部分视场的MTF值均大于0.3,在尼奎斯特频率1/2处,视场的MTF值均大于0.5,最大畸变为-1.05%,成像性能良好,满足使用要求。

Abstract:A mobile phone lens system composed of 1 glass plastic spherical lens and 3 plastic aspheric lenses was designed with Code V.The F-number was 2.8 and FOV was 62°.A 1/2.6 8 mega-pixel CMOS made by TOSHIBA was taken as the image sensor of the lens assembly,which pixel size is 1.75μm and the limiting resolution is 285lp/mm.The results showed that the M TF value was more than 0.3 within 0.7 FOV at the Nyquist frequency and more than 0.5 at the 1/2 Nyquist frequency,the maximum distortion was-1.05%.It showed that the lens has good performance and meets practical requirements.
