X—射线荧光光谱快速测定矿石中钼

摘    要:本文报道了用X—射线荧光光谱仪,快速测定矿石中钼。矿石样品不经高温熔融,直接粉末压片,以Compton散射线做内标,分两段回归工作曲线(Mo%0~0.15,0.15~1.51),经验系数法测定钼,本法测定范围广(Mo 0.01~1.51%),简单、快速、成本低、精密度好〔RSD0.14~0.34%(n=10)〕。测定结果与化学值标准值符合很好。并考察了基体元素Si、Fe、Ca及谱线重叠元素Zr的影响和用瑞利散射线做内标的回归情况。

Fast Determination of Molybdenum in Ores by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectra(XRF)

Abstract:A fast method for determination of molybdenum by XRF was developed. The sample is directly pressed into disc at pressure. Empirical coefficient method and Compton scattering internal standard method were combined to correct interelement effects. The standard calibration curve were divided two parts (Mo % 0-- 0.15,0.15 -1.51). It can be used to determine Mo in ores ranging from 0.01%tol.51%. The precision of the method is 0.14% to 0.34% C RSD(n=10)] .The results were agree with certified values. The paper discusses influence from si ,ca, fe, zr ,Rayleigh scattering.
