高空作业平台折臂结构稳定性ANSYS分析

摘    要:对高空作业平台折臂结构稳定性分析的传统方法侧重于对硬件设备的物理机构分析,忽视了作业数据的运算分析。本文采用有限元分析方式确定高空作业平台折臂结构动作技术参数,应用位移函数、约束力函数、速度函数、角度函数、力学函数、数据单元函数等完成有限元分析模型的建立,首先对高空作业平台的折臂组成结构以及力学参数进行确定,然后针对折臂结构、稳定性以及力学特征进行有限元分析。仿真实验结果表明,给出的高空作业平台折臂结构稳定性ANSYS分析能够更有效地获取折臂结构0s-5s、5s-10s、10s-15s工作时间范围内的参数与轨迹等信息,证明了ANSYS方法能够精准分析高空作业平台折臂结构的相关性能,为开展动态力学、结构理论分析提供数据支撑。

Abstract:The traditional method for stability analysis of folding arm structure of aerial work platform focuses on the physical mechanism analysis of hardware equipment,ignoring the operation analysis of operation data.In this paper,the finite element analysis method is used to determine the technical parameters of the folding arm structure of the aerial work platform.The displacement function,binding force function,velocity function,angle function,mechanical function and data unit function are used to complete the establishment of the finite element analysis model.Firstly,the folding arm structure and mechanical parameters of the aerial work platform are determined,and then the folding arm structure and stability are analyzed The finite element analysis was carried out on the mechanical properties and mechanical characteristics.The simulation results show that the ANSYS analysis can more effectively obtain the parameters and trajectories of the folding arm structure in the working time range of 0s-5s,5s-10s and 10s-15s,which proves that the ANSYS method can accurately analyze the related performance of the folding arm structure of the aerial work platform,and provide data support for the dynamic mechanics and structural theoretical analysis.
