摘    要:本文建立了气相色谱法(GC-FID)检测土壤样品中6种酞酸酯类化合物的方法,土壤样品通过二氯甲烷和丙酮(1∶1,v/v)超声提取,经弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化后,用GC-FID检测,用保留时间定性,外标法定量。实验表明该方法对6种酞酸酯类化合物分离效果良好,通过硅胶柱、氧化铝柱、石墨炭黑氨基柱和弗罗里硅土柱回收率实验的比较,结果表明弗罗里硅土柱平均回收率为98.0%~102.5%,方法线性范围0.1~100mg/L,相对标准偏差(n=6)在4.6%~7.2%之间,该方法操作简便、准确,具有较好的实用性。

Abstract:To establish a method for determination of six kinds of phthalate ester residues in solid samples by gas chromatography(GC-FID).The sample's residues were extracted by ultrasonication with dichloromethane and acetone(1:1, v/v),then purified by a column of Cleanert Florisil(SPE),finally concertrated and detected by GC-FID.All of them were well separated.Compare with the average recoveries by the columns of Silicagel,Alumina,Carbon-NH2 and Florisil,the result shows that the average recovery by the column of C...
