个体空气粉尘采样器的设计

摘    要:针对厂矿生产环境监测需求,设计了一种个体空气粉尘采样器,给出了设计原理、系统框图及程序流程图。该采样器采用89LPC9408单片机芯片作控制器,多参数大屏幕液晶显示,采用定制高效隔膜泵,运用脉宽调制技术和闭环控制,具有体积小、效率高的优点。经工矿企业、卫生防疫等部门使用表明,采样器性能稳定,采样流量准确,操作方便,完全能满足1个工班连续采样的需求。

Abstract:A personal air dust sampler is designed in accordance with the requirements of environmental monitoring The design principle,system block diagram and program flow chart are given.By using 891pc9408 single-chip microcontroller, multi-parameter large screen LCD,customized high efficient diaphragm pump,pulse width modulation and closed-loop control technology, the sampler has the advantages of small volume and high efficiency.According to the test and use of industrial and mining enterprises as well as the health quarantine departments,the sampler is easy to use and has stable performance.It has high flow measuring accuracy and can fully meet the needs of a work day continuous sampling
