儿茶酚胺类物质在阳离子交换树脂上的保留行为及其机理

摘    要:发现了儿茶酚胺类物质在阳离子交换色谱过程中有“多峰现象”,即一种物质有两个或两个以上的色谱峰流出色谱柱。对这种“多峰现象”形成的机理进行了初步探讨。儿茶酚胺类物质在与阳离子交换树脂交换基进行交换过程中淋洗液酸度与乙腈的作用使一部分儿茶酚胺类物质发生电离,由于离子在阳离子交换树脂中的保留时间不同,导致了双峰出现。

Abstract:We observed multi peaks for Catecholamines in the course of cation exchange chromatography. It means two or more peaks exuded from the column while only one subject was injected into the mobile phase. We conclude that this phenomenon results from the dissociation of partial Catecholamine. It depends not only on the acidity of eluent, but also on the Acetonitrile content in the cation exchange process of Catecholamine with ion exchange group on the stationary phase. The different retention time on cationic exchange resin of two ions causes the two peaks.
