医疗设备的合理配置和流程设计

目的:为提高大型综合性医院的医疗水平,保障军民的身心健康,必须提高医疗设备的先进性。基于本院承担医疗、科研、教育三大任务的特点,积40多年临床实践,医疗设备科学配置、使用、管理的丰富经验,研究和制定了疗设备的科学合理配置的策略和配置管理的流程。方法:对日常医疗设备论证管理中存在的论证不充分、配置重复、使用率偏低、效益不明显等问题和经验总结,通过调查研究做好医疗设备的合理配置的依据。结果:充分发挥医疗设备配置的先进性、合理性和效益管理最大化。结论:这一套自行研究设计的医疗设备置策略和配置流程,使疗设备配置科学化,管理规范化,为建设现代化医院提供技术支撑。

Rational Configuration and Purchasing Procedure Design of Medical Equipments

Objective:In order to improve the clinical level of large general hospitals and ensure the physical and mental health of the army and the people,it is necessary to enhance the advancement of medical equipments.Based on the conditions of our hospital’s undertaking three major tasks of medical treatment,scientific research and education,and the rich experiences of clinical practices in scientific configuration,usage and management of medical equipments for more than 40 years,the rational configuration methods and management processes of medical equipments are studied and developed.Methods:This paper studies such problems in the regular medical equipments management as insufficient argumentation,duplication of allocation,low usage rate and inefficient benefit,and summarizes these experiences to provide the basis for rational configuration of medical equipments through investigation and research.Results:Making full use of the advancement and rationality of the medical equipment configuration to maximize the benefit management.Conclusion:The methods and processes are solely studied and designed to scientize the configuration and standardize the management of medical equipments,and to provide technical support for the construction of modern hospitals.
