基于压电陶瓷的新型尺蠖式微位移器的设计

摘    要:利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应,基于尺蠖运动原理设计了一种高精度定位的微位移器。本文详细介绍了这种新型尺蠖式微位移器的设计过程。针对当前压电陶瓷驱动电源不能将断电后的压电陶瓷中的电荷放出的缺点,本文所设计的新型放电电路使其放电时间达到毫秒级。通过加入这个放电电路,压电陶瓷将能更快的恢复原形,提高了压电陶瓷的运动精确性。

Abstract:Based on the converse piezoelectric effect and inchworm principle, a high precise micro displacement actuator by piezoelectric ceramics was presented. This paper presents the design of a new inchworm-type micro displacement actuator. Aiming at the shortcoming that the current PZT power source cannot discharge after being disconnected, a new type of millisecond response level discharging circuit was designed. By using this discharging circuit, piezoelectric ceramics can restore the original shape more quickly, and the motion accuracy of the piezoelectric ceramics can be improved.
