摘    要:研究了水浴消解.原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中砷的方法。相对于传统的混合酸湿消化,此方法不仅缩短了前处理时间,降低了试剂成本,而且有效避免了湿消化过程中因样品飞溅带来的实验误差等;方法快捷简单,准确度好,灵敏度 高,测定结果满意。

Abstract:A method for determination of As in soils by water bath -- Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was studied. Contrasting with the traditional mixed acid digesting, this method not only shortened the time of fore-treatment process, but reduced the reagent cost. The experiment error, which was caused by factors such as sample solution splashing during the process of wet digestion, was also avoided. The method was simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive. the results obtained by the method were satisfactory.
