原子吸收光谱法测定番茄粉中铜含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:对原子吸收光谱法测定番茄粉铜的主要影响因素的测量不确定进行了评定。建立了测量过程中各个分量的数学模型,并估算了各不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响。结果表明:置信概率为95%,取包含因子k=-2,铜含量的测量结果报告为肛(11.62±0.50)mg/kg;影响铜含量测量不确定度的最主要因素是由标准曲线校准所得浓度产生的不确定度,同时配制标准曲线系列稀释所产生的不确定度也是主要因素之一。

Assessment of Uncertainty of Measurement of Copper in Tomato Power by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract:The uncertainty of Copper in tomato power was assessed, a mathematical model for each component was established and the uncertainty components was estimated.Its results showed that the report of uncertainty of Cu in tomato power is as X=(11.62±0.30)mg/kg with a confidence probability of 95% and the coverage factor k=-2.The major factor that affected the uncertainty comes from the uncertainty of the variation of Cu content caused by standard curve,and one of main causes affected the uncertainty is caused by the uncertainty of dilution in the process of standard curve preparation
