| 摘 要： | 以PC计算机为核心、面向超声无损检测，充分利用成熟的传统超声探伤仪硬件资源，借助于现代电子技术，研制了一种基于ISA总线的超声检测高速数据采集卡。该卡与传统超声探伤仪，PC586计算机以及高级编程软件可非常方便的构成智能化超声检测系统，具有A、B、C、P扫描、声速测定、厚度测量。图象显示以及缺陷识别等功能，实现了超声检测的数字化、图像化、智能化、自动化。

| Abstract: | Uses the PC computer as the basic part, takes full use of the traditional ultrasonic－ testing device and modern electronic technology ,the author develops a kind of high speed data acquisition card based on the ISA bus. The author unites PC, traditional ultrasonic－ testing device, high－ speed data acquisition card and software together as a system. This system can finish A,B,C and P scanning, determine velocity in the tested material ,measure the height, show the defect pictures inside and recognize the defect, etc. The digitization, picturization, intelligence and automation of the testing are realized. |
