| 摘 要： | 海洋环境“数字化”对于海洋科学的研究和海洋经济的发展。其意义非常重要．而海洋环境监测工作则是实现海洋环境“数字化”的主要手段和重要基础。如何做好海洋环境监测工作质量的控制和管理，本文做了较为详细的论述，并对我国黄海海洋业务系统的建设提出了积极的建议。
