| 摘 要： | 以VisualC6．0作为开发环境，在Windows平台下重新开发日本岛津公司EMX－SM7型电子探针性分析系统软件。该软件采用边采休数据边识别谱线原方法，解决了特征X射线的谱线剥离，缩短了定性时间，并增加了数据存储、数据、谱线显示等新功能。

| Abstract: | A new software of qualitative analysis on EMX - SM7 electron probe has been developed with Visual C language under Windows operating platform. Characteristic X - ray spectrum was identified by the means of recognizing spectrum while acquiring data. The software not noly saved time of qualitative analysis, but also was added many new founctions. Such as saving data, displaying data and characteristic X -ray spectrum. |
