气压仪器检定装置的升级改造

摘    要:文章针对气压检定装置在使用中存在的一些问题,会同厂家对其进行了升级改造。介绍了改造后的气压检定装置的设计原理、软件和硬件设计以及技术指标等,新装置集成了目前先进的计量设备及技术,编写相应的程序软件升级改造而成。可广泛适用于气象部门空盒气压表、自动站气压传感器以及部分数字压力计的计量检定工作,实现气压检定工作的自动化,提高检定数据的准确性和可靠性,并有效提高检定的工作效率。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of air pressure verification device,the upgrading and reform of these problems are carried out together with the manufacturer.This paper introduces the design principle,software and hardware design and technical index of the improved pressure verification device.The new device integrates the current advanced metering equipment and technology,which is formed by compiling and upgrading corresponding program software.It can be widely used in the measurement and verification of aneroid barometer,air pressure sensor of automatic station and some digital pressure gauges in meteorological department,so as to realize the automation of air pressure verification and improve the accuracy and reliability of the verification data,which would effectively improve the efficiency of verification.
